If your site has a VPDES permit and will still require a permit beyond June 30, 2004, you need to re-apply before that date to remain in compliance.
The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VADEQ) will be sending reissuance reminder packages this month, which will include a new Registration Statement (form) for use in securing a new permit before the June 30, 2004 deadline.
