The Fairfax County Environmental Quality Advisory Council (EQAC) is having a public hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fairfax County Government Center board auditorium to obtain citizen input on issues of environmental concern.
One significant issue that EQAC has been discussing with Fairfax Board of Supervisor (BOS) members is to expand the RPA to include intermittent streams instead of just the perennial streams mandated by the Commonwealth. This obviously would have a significant impact on land owners in Fairfax County.
